Salou 2018 - Update- €150 Deposits required tomorrow

We need to collect the €150 deposit tomorrow in order to allow us book flights.

See below a summary of the meeting from Friday evening last.

The dates for travel are confirmed from April 14th to April 17th.
The cost of the trip is €450 which covers full board and flights.
We went through the fundraising whereby each player has been given a sponsorship card for the ‘Mouse Race Night’ to be held in the clubhouse on Friday Feb 2nd.
The fundraising, while in the name of the club, is an opportunity for each player to raise the entire cost of the trip himself.
As flights need to be booked immediately, we need to take a deposit of €150 per player by next Sunday, December 10th. Where a player raises in excess of €300, this amount will be refunded prior to the trip. The club will also be endeavoring to raise funds separately for incidentals which may be incurred when on tour.
For anyone who was not at the meeting on Friday night and has not yet confirmed whether or not they are traveling please do so as we need to finalize numbers.
